When an organisation is faced with an evolution of some kind (for example: a new strategy, a new competitive scenario, an acquisition or a merger, the entry in a new market, the introduction of a new technology, etc...), the organisation itself must adapt to this evolution.

Change Management is the discipline available to Organisations to drive the required transition.
